Phoebe Jane (Kelly) Weber, departed this life on April 13, 2018, at peace and surrounded with love.
Phoebe was born September 4, 1950, in Darby, PA to the late Warren T. Kelly of Drexel Hill, PA and Emma Phoebus Kelly of Oriole, MD.
Phoebe loved the Eastern Shore of MD. She spent most summers as a child fishing and crabbing with her Aunt and Uncle the late Mrs. Florence Phoebus Thomas and Dr. C. Mercer Thomas of Nassawadox VA. In her young adult life she developed her love for the arts and traveling. Her paintings hold a special place in the homes of those she shared them with. She found time for education and graduated with Bachelors degree from Glassboro State College. She lived and loved many places in her life, from Delaware County, PA, Fayetteville NC, Woodbury NJ, Ocean City MD, the Eastern Shore, Oriole, and her remaining years in St. Petersburg, FL. Boating on the Phoebe K, sun, sand, and salt water are cherished memories held close by her family. Phoebe's life was an adventure
Phoebe loved her family. She found her soulmate in Ken Weber and they celebrated 32 years of marriage. She added two step sons to her family, Scott Weber and his wife Beth of Seminole FL, and Eric Weber of Medford, NJ.
Phoebe was incredibly proud of her daughter Cassandra (Stopp) Schad and her husband Christopher and the life they have created with their children Benjamin and Miranda, of Wilmington, DE.
Phoebe's true calling in life was to be an awesome Grammy. She loved the time spent caring for Katelyn, she treasured the visits and homemade gifts from Chloe and Gracie, and she cherished Benjamin and Miranda, who will follow her adventurous spirit.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phoebe's memory are suggested to Suncoast Hospice.
David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel in St. Petersburg is serving the family.
